Session Road In Bloom (all February)
Session Road is closed to traffic and transformed into a pedestrian flower market. Flower stalls, live performances, food vendors, and thousands of tourists. Walk out your door into the festival.
Street Dancing Competition (mid-Feb)
Igorot tribes and Baguio schools compete in elaborate street dancing along Session Road. Colorful, energetic, and free to watch from the sidewalk.
Grand Flower Float Parade (last Sunday Feb)
The main event — massive floats covered in fresh flowers parade from Session Road to Burnham Park. Arrive early and walk to Session Road to get front-row spots.
Blooms Float Parade (following Sunday)
A second grand float parade — a final celebration before Panagbenga ends. The streets are packed but the atmosphere is electric.
